There is a public pool in Barga which opens for the Summer as early as May.

This is a great area for hiking, riding, tennis and all sorts of other outdoor activities.

Visit the tourist office in Barga to get plenty of regional information and also to check your email quickly for 15 minutes.

You can also check email at the public library in the "Centro Storico" - historic center - Palazzo Giannetti. It's free but don't plan on spending too much time.

Barga is host to an annual Jazz and Opera festival in July and August.
