Entering
this beautiful holiday rental, you are immediately
envelopped in the warmth of the space.
The
sitting room is a place of repose equipped with ample
comfortable seating. Sit back and take in a bit of
French life as it passes outside the window. Read
a short story or perhaps watch a late night DVD from
the collection or on the Cable TV.
If
you wish to catch up on some holiday emails, a
laptop with WIFI internet access is also available.
The
dining area seats four and the table can be extended
if you need more room for all the yummy French delicacies
from our local vendors.
The
livingroom has been designed to double up as a second
bedroom with its own door and the large leather sofa
that turns into a comfortable double bed. Your belongings
can be stored in the armoire and suitable lighting
has been provided for bedtime reading. The curtains
have blackout lining so the sunlight will not disturb
you until you are ready to open your eyes. For additional
darkness you can close the external volets.
The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with its warm tones
and calm photographs. The bed is surely the centre
piece of this room and once you are installed, it will
be very hard to resist the temptation to linger in
bed. The sheers on the window sway if there is a slight
breeze and allow for some privacy while letting the
natural light in. You will have no shortage of space
to store your belongings as we have large built-in
wardrobes on either side of the bed. The small bureau
near the window is a good place to scribble a few postcards.
The Moroccan sitting area just next to the American
style open kitchen is a comfortable spot to enjoy a glass
of wine, listen to a cd or maybe chat as you prepare
your meal from the excellent local produce. This area
also allows those already awake to have a cozy sitting
area without having to enter the living room.
Special
care has been taken to fully equip the kitchen with
everything that you should need to whip up inspirational
dishes.
The deep bath tub is a must after a long day’s
touring…..and a tray in the kitchen has been provided
so you can be served champagne while you soak.
