THE WELCOME

Upon arrival into Paris: Calling us when you arrive, means you can be sure that you are being expected as well as receiving up to date information on the best way to arrive at the apartment.

Meet & Greet: You will be welcomed in your vacation apartment rental by an English speaking greeter who will help orient you to both the apartment and the area. (We also have basic knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and German)

Information for your stay: Our welcome book is your guide to a relaxed and stress-free stay. The book is full of information on how everything works in the apartment as well as a resource for accessing the local amenities. Finding our recommended boulangerie, where to find the grocery store, bus maps and other useful information.

Welcome Basket "Panier d'accueil": In every apartment you can expect to find our welcome basket full of goodies to help you get your vacation off to a good start (coffee, tea, wine, some dish tablets, washer tablets, jam & cookies). You can expect a bottle of champagne at the La Grande Dame apartment

My Genie in Paris can assist you with getting a babysitter for your child during your stay. We can also recommend some reliable babysitters. Advance notice is necessary.

Cribs & highchairs:

Travel baby beds and highchairs are available for rental upon request.

Travel insurance: You never know when the unexpected could occur cutting your trip short. Are guests are asked to demonstrate adequate coverage for personal liability and cancelation insurance. We recommend to all our guests to purchase travel insurance if they do not already have one.
