Bay View apartment is a beautiful place facing the Carribean sea on the island of St Maarten. This apartment is magical and is unique on the island. It has a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room (with a very comfortable sofa bed), a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with an Italian shower.
You will have your own terrasse with intimity to enjoy a coffee in the morning at the sunrise or a drink at the sunset.
The owner has redone the apartment with high quality materials and he wishes his guests to enjoy their stay as much as possible.
The beach and the sea are on minute away. So you can go to enjoy the morning at the beach (there is a beach bar right donwntsairs) and come back home to have lunch.

Bay View apartment is located in Simpson Bay beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of St Maarten. The residence (only 14 apartments)is built on a cliff which gives a view on different parts of the island. The place is very quiet and gives a lot of intimity. You can walk to Maho beach to observe the planes landing or taking off and enjoy the different bars and restaurants (within walking distance as it is a 10mn walk).
