This charming one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to relax and spend an amazing holiday. It is located in a quiet residence and is all furnished. The terrasse has a wonderful view : in the morning, you can enjoy your coffee by watching the sunrise and at night, have a glass of wine by watching the sunset.
In the residence, there is a pool, a fitness room and a security guard 24 hours. We will be here to greet you the day of your arrival and the only thing we wish is you to have an incredible time on the beautiful island of St Maarten.
The location is also perfect, only a few minutes by car to restaurants, bars, casinos, supermarkets and the French side is only 5 mn away so the location is great as you can enjoy both sides of the island which are completely different.

This apartment is located close to Simpson Bay area, very famous neighborhood for its bars, restaurants, casinos, clubs... The residence itself is very quiet. The French side is only a 5mn drive so you will be able to enjoy and discover the entire island. St Maarten is a unique island and you can also go for a day to St Barths or Anguilla.
